  1.  Address Book Help

  4.  The address book lets you store commonly used mailing addresses for
  5.  people you converse with using email.  The address book can store up
  6.  to 400 names and addresses for you and the names are always sorted
  7.  in alphabetical order.

  9.  Before you can use the address book you will need to add user names
  10.  to it.  You can do this by pressing the [F2] key on your keyboard.
  11.  The address book will ask you for the name of the user you wish to
  12.  store as well as their "email address".  The user typically will
  13.  give you their email address in a message.  It usually is the user's
  14.  name seperated by periods (instead of spaces) followed by a "@"
  15.  character and a "site name".

  17.  Once you enter a user's email address you can always edit the entry
  18.  and make any changes you wish by pressing the [F3] key when the user's
  19.  name is highlighted in the address book menu.  You can also delete a
  20.  user's name from the address book by pressing the [F4] key.

  22.  Now that you have stored user name(s) inside the address book you can
  23.  easily select a user's name from the menu.  Just highlight the user
  24.  you wish to select and press the [ENTER] key on your keyboard.  The
  25.  address book will ask you to confirm your choice.  Once you confirm
  26.  your choice 1stReader will accept the email address and place it in
  27.  the message for you.

  29.  You can also tag entries by pressing the [SPACE BAR] too.  Tagging
  30.  more than one entry will let 1stReader send carbon copies of your
  31.  message to your list of users.

  33.  If you wish to leave the address book without making any selections
  34.  just press the [ESC] key at any time...
